Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Level 1

In case of any complaints against the Investment Advisor, please contact the following official -

The Principal Officer shall resolve the complaint within 7 days.

Level 2

In case no response if received within 7 days, please contact the following official -

The Compliance Officer shall resolve the complaint within 7 days.

Level 3

In case no revert is received within 7 days from the Compliance Officer, then grievances can be lodged with SEBI at http://scores.sebi.gov.in or write to any of the offices of SEBI. For any queries, feedback or assistance, SEBI Office can be contacted at Toll Free Helpline at 1800 22 7575 or written complaints can be sent to the SEBI at SEBI Bhavan, Plot No.C4-A, 'G' Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400051, Maharashtra.

In case of unsatisfactory resolution through SCORES, complaint can be made on the ODR Portal which can be accessed via the following link - https://smartodr.in/

 

Any dispute between the Investment Advisor and the Client may be resolved through arbitration or through Ombudsman authorized or appointed for the purpose by any regulatory authority, as applicable. All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.
